What we collect
Your name, phone number, email address and delivery address, plus any delivery note you choose to add. That is all the shop asks for. We also keep a record of your orders and payments, because we have to.
Why we need it
The address and any note are how the eggs reach you. The phone number is so a courier can contact you about a delivery. The email address is how we send your weekly payment link and your subscription management link. Without it we cannot bill you, which is why it is required.
Who else sees it
Payments are processed by Monobank — we never see or store your card details. Your name and address are shared with the courier delivering that order, and with nobody else. We do not sell your data or use it for advertising.
How long we keep it
For as long as you have a subscription, and afterwards for as long as accounting and tax rules require us to keep records of the orders you placed.
Deleting your data
Write to hello@longevityclub.com.ua and we will delete what we are not legally required to keep. If you also have a Longevity Club account, you can request deletion from longevityclub.com.ua.
