What you're ordering
A recurring delivery of fresh eggs. You choose the size, how many eggs per delivery, and whether they arrive daily or once a week. Your choice sets a fixed price per week, shown before you pay.
You pay weekly, in advance
Each delivery week is paid for before it starts. Your first week is paid when you order. After that we send you a payment link a few days before each new week begins. The price is the per-egg price multiplied by the number of eggs and the number of deliveries in that week. If you change your order, the new price applies from the next week you have not yet paid for.
If a week isn't paid, it isn't delivered
We only deliver weeks that have been paid for. If a week's payment has not arrived by the time that week starts, we simply do not deliver it and we tell you. Nothing is charged and no debt is created. Your subscription stays active and we will invoice the following week as usual. If several weeks in a row go unpaid, we cancel the subscription and let you know.
Where we deliver
Kyiv only, to the address you give at checkout. Delivery is included in the price shown — there is no separate delivery charge.
Changing or pausing your order
You can change the size, the number of eggs, the cadence or your delivery details at any time from the management link we send you. You can also skip a single week, or pause the subscription entirely and resume when you want. Changes apply to the next week you have not yet paid for. A week you have already paid for is delivered as ordered.
Cancelling
You can cancel at any time from your management link. Cancelling stops all future invoices immediately. A week you have already paid for is still delivered. If you cancel and want a refund for a paid week that has not yet started, contact us at hello@longevityclub.com.ua.
